Best Destinations to Go with Friends

Travelling with friends is such an important thing to do in life as it really does build a stronger bond between you. I have travelled to several destinations with friends either in a group or simply with another girlfriend and I hope to continue discovering more and more amazing places with them. By sharing the same passions and interests you can enjoy together the holiday of a lifetime!

I have made a list of some of the most memorable places I have travelled to with my friends to hopefully give you some inspiration:

Ibiza

Ibiza is the perfect destination to mix spending days on beautiful beaches with evenings enjoying cocktails at amazing beach bars and continuing to dance until early hours of the morning in the best clubs of the world. You're guaranteed a great time on this magical island without a single dull moment. This summer we organised a friend's hen party on the island and we picked the right place indeed because she had the time of her life!

Lake Como

Lake Como is more of a relaxing cultural destination to share with a close friend. I went this summer with my cousin and despite the unreliable weather, we had a great time exploring the beautiful villages around the lake and, like anywhere in Italy, we had some delicious meals.  Unfortunately we didn't see George Clooney...

Paris

As well as being one of the most romantic destinations in the world, Paris is also THE city to go to with friends. Who else would you want to go shopping, sight-seeing, wandering around, drinking wine and champagne over delicious meals in the Parisian bistros with, other than your besties?

Cuba

Fly into Havana with your friends and enjoy the beauties of this colourful city. You can take a tour in a vintage Cadillac or a Coco-Taxi, enjoy the street food, dance salsa all night and drink Mojitos. You can then hit the beach in Varadero, Cayo Levisa or Guardalavaca for stunning turquoise water and fine white sandy beaches.

Kiruna

If you're hesitating on where to go in the winter and want to live a real winter wonderland experience then you should definitely go to Lapland, especially if you want to see the Northern Lights. Lapland is a vast region covering different Nordic countries -Norway, Finland, and Sweden. There are many activities to choose from such as cross-country skiing, snowmobile rides, and either reindeer or husky tours. This picture was taken with my best friend outside the Icehotel in Sweden close to Kiruna.

Mexico

If you're looking for a more exotic destination then head down to Riviera Maya in Mexico. Its optimal weather conditions means you can go there all year round to lounge on its beautiful white sandy beaches with hundreds of palm trees. If you want to do something cultural, there are plenty of Mayan temples to visit.  Moreover, if you love Tequila and Guacamole then you'll be in heaven.

Berlin

If you’re looking for a European city that is rich in history and culture then you should go to Berlin. It’s also renowned for its underground clubbing scene and cool bars hidden away in remote locations making it a very lively place for you to enjoy a fun trip with friends. It’s preferable to go during the spring or summer as it gets freeeeeeezing during the winter. We went in the month of February and I don't think I've ever been that cold in my life! It was our luck that there was an exceptional cold wave meaning that temperatures went down to at least  -10°C...

South of France

After going to the South of France many times now I can assure you that this is kind of holiday that you want to go on with friends who appreciate spending their time sunbathing on the beach during the day and drinking Rosé throughout the evening. Between Saint-Tropez and Toulon you have some wonderful beaches and the most charming villages such as Bormes-les-Mimosas, Le Plan-de-la-Tour and Ramatuelle. This picture was taken one evening whilst we enjoyed our aperitif at the top of Le Lavendou.

Prague

Prague is a beautiful city and is not very big making it easy to visit during a weekend. The best way to visit is to just wander around its old cobblestone streets and admire its charming architecture as it's one of the few cities in Europe that was barely affected by the war. We absolutely loved the views over the red brick rooftops from the top of the Old Town Hall Tower and the moment we walked over the iconic Charles Bridge.

This post is dedicated to all my girls!! Thank you for the good times!!

Where are you going on holiday with your friends?
